Active Window Text Font

After removing some font styles from the Windows, Font
solder (due to Publisher onlt allowing 250 types) I
reinstalled them and now my Active Window Text font is
incorrect. I tried going to the display, appearence,
advanced area but it does not allow me to enter a font
style only color. All other features in this are can be
changed.
Help

By Default Advanced Appearance Item is set on "Desktop"
if you will change the Item to "Active Title Bar" or "ICON" or
"Inactive Title Bar" or "Menu" or Message Box or Palette Title
or Selected Items or Tooltip , you can change the fonts also.
