Active Sync

I have a colleague that uses ActiveSync to synchronise data with his iPaQ.
After Synchronisation, he has recently started receiving an error message and
when he views the status it shows Support Code 86000108.

Any ideas where I can find out what this means, and whether or not all of
his data is synchronising?
