When trying to sync I get a message that says " Calendar, contacts or tasks
folder cannot be located in you Microsoft Outlook Profile" How do I add
those so that I can sync the info with my pocket PC?

Hi - do you have an Outlook profile already configured, and do you see those
folders when you open it up? Do you have items in them?

If so, I suggest you post in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync and
provide a lot more info -

* version of ActiveSync
* version of OS
* version of Outlook
* exact errors you get

If you don't have an Outlook profile configured, the answer seems pretty
obvious, don't it. ;-)

No clue - since you provided no hints.

Version of Outlook? Version of ActiveSync? Is this your only mail store?
Are you using different profiles? Do you synch with one machine or
multiple? Did this ever work? What did you change just prior to it not
working?

Okay, so I'm not quite the techno geek that I obviously am chatting with, but
here goes.
OS is XPm Home,
Active sync is 3.5,
Outlook is 2002.

I was able to sync before, but without changing anything, I started getting
message, (not errors so i can't give a number) as stated earlier. I worked
with HP technicians and dell techs, and nobody could figure out what was
going on. Obviously, I have folders in the profile. Now, anymore ideas?

Didn't know I needed to give "hints". Outlook 2002, Active sync 3.5 , not
the only mail store, use MSN, using 1 profile, synch with one machinge, yes
it worked, no I didn't change anything. HP techs and Dell techs could not
help either.

I have plenty of other talents, and can pass for normal in the real world,
thank you very much. :)

Yes - as I suggested, post in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync, as your
issue is with ActiveSync, not Outlook. Best of luck.
