Active Mixers

Hi guys. I have a problem with my volume control. It
doesn't appear at the bottom right hand corner of the
taskbar when I login to my computer and when I try to open
it from Accesories, I get the error "Active mixers are
missing. Please install." Any idea how I can solve this?

Hi, go to control panel, click sound and audio devices.
In the volume tab, check the box 'Place the volume icon in taskbar", click Apply and OK.
If no go, update the sound card drivers and try again.
