Active form

Dear,

I'm currently working on a application which create reports on th fly,
my question, after the user select a report (frmReportlist), the form
(frmCrystalviewer) opens, a parameter popup is shown were the user select a
certain criteria for the report.

After creating the report, the frmReportlist shows up on top of the
frmCrystal,
How can this be avoided?
 
On wich event, the problem occurs after the report is created and showed in
the viewer
