I am moving my windows nt 40 domain to windows 2000 dc
with active directory. I allready upgrade my windows nt
4.0 pdc as windows 2000 dc acting as mixed mode; I am
planning to add another windows 2000 dc as secondary but
the second one will be in NATIVE mode. My question is,
having the master dc as mixed mode and the secondary as
native mode, will cause any problem for windows nt 40
clients to logon?

Please any help

This is not possible. Mixed or Native mode is domain specific, no DC
specific.
If you need to support down-level systems, i.e. NT4 BDCs, you will need to
operate in Mixed Mode.
