Active Directory Upgrade

Hello everyone, I have a couple questions regarding an Active directory
upgrade from NT 4 single domain (1 PDC and 1 BDC) - We will also be
upgrading to Exchange 2000 soon after and possibly right after Active
directory upgrade. Is there a certain amount of time that one should wait
before installing Exchange 2000 after an AD install ?? Any additional tips
from those who have down a similar upgrade would be greatly
appreciated...Thanks!!

You can install Exchange 2000 after you have finish the deployment of Active
Directory and secure your installation.

I presume you have Exchange 5.5? There is no real reason to wait. In
fact if you are going to be on Windows 2000/Exchange 5.5 for any
length of time, it would be advisable to install the Active Directory
Connector. I'd wait maybe a week, which should be enough to tell you
whether or not the Windows 2000/Active Directory upgrade went OK.
