Active Directory Termination Automation

Mikey

Hello,

Every week we get a termination Report from HR. I have to wait two
weeks before I can ask the manager if I can delete the users mailbox or
not? I want to know if there is anyway for me to capture the data I
recieve from HR and put it in a file. A service or batch script can run
every morning and if two weeks are due for a user it would send email
to termination employee's manager. (I want to be able to pull the
termination employees manager's email address from active directory)
This email simply asking manager if we can delete the termination
employees email account? Email would be sent out every morning till
they repond to the email with yes or new deadline? Anyone know of
software that already does this or any sort of batch or vbs scrpit?

Regards,
Mikey

I guess that really depends on what information you receive from HR, bu
it does seem completely possible. You could use a tool/tools calle
adfind and admod from joeware.net to search and then disable ID's. Yo
would need to craft your script well, but it completely doable
