Active Directory Error

Has anyone encountered a problem when trying to copy a
user account in active directory.

The error massage states: "Windows cannot create the
object because: The name reference is invalid"

I haven't seen much about the error and there hasn't been
any solutions to my knowledge.

Hello,

This is not much information at the time, but I suggest that some attribute
contains bad data, may it cause a duplication.

Can you provide me with attributes that contains data that you have modify
of the template user you try to copy from?
