Active Directory Application Access Managment

I have a plan to use AzMan to manage a application I am developing for a gov.
agency. My problem is how do I deploy the security schema once it has been
created? I am using DeKlarit to develop the overall app, so the creation and
establishment of the rights is not a problem.

Is it a manual process to deploy the ADAM, or is there a way to package it?

I am new to this management method, so please be patient with me!
