Active Desktop Recovery

Hello,

When I turned on the computer today, I got a Active Desktop Recovery Icon on
my desktop. I clicked the restore active desktop and get an error message
about a script.

When I hit yes, nothing happens, and when I hit no, nothing happens.

What can I do?

Eversince getting the last MS update auotmatically loaded to my PC I have
been experiencing the same thing. Now theh only thing that will run in IE7.
No .exe files will run. the Active Desktop Restore option gives an error
message.
