Active D and Sercurity right to folder

I have created multiple OU in Active Directory, with each OU have different
policies. I was wonder if you can apply rights to the file system via the
OU.


Is there a way to setup Organizational Unit and different folder rights?
 
You can do this with a Group Policy Linked to an OU, there can be several
Group Policies linked to different or same OU.

The Setting you should use is

Computer Configuration\Security Settings\File System
