"active content"

I have a 'cyber classroom' CD that I use for a college class. It is actually
'a dynamic HTML application that runs inside your web browser'. Well, it used
to work before I got SP2, now it doesn't. When I click on a link in the frame
of 'book chapters', I get the warning from security center asking if I want
to allow 'active content'. I say yes, but browser will not go to the links I
select. A javascript error message comes up in the status bar - javascript
void (0); - or some such. Is SP2 doing something that I can change that will
allow me to use my classroom CD?

I've had a similar problem. I use JavaScript with a drop-down form field for
a navigation, as well as using the <embed> tag (that is auto-generated by
Flash MX) to show Flash files. I also use a third-party search feature to
allow searches on our website. IE6 is now blocking the content so that the
JavaScript and embedded Flash files now don't work. The message that comes
up across the top doesn't tell you anything other than ActiveX and scripts on
the page are being blocked. Most of our viewers are doctors, veterinarians,
and others in the medical field and aren't the most "web savvy". I've gone
to putting a "disclaimer" on the splash page warning users that IE6 SP2 will
block our content and that they need to allow it. I really hope that future
security updates will correct this "blanket" blocking because it's a web
designer's nightmare!! Our company website is http://www.endoscopy.com

Interesting site, I'm running Win XP SP2 and I had no trouble with the site at all.
The only thing that might be relevant is that I have the popup blocker turned off.

I have WinXP SP2 with the popup blocker on and I get the Site Navigation
menu. I don't see any Flash content on the first page.

You're missing seeing somebody's polyps? <eg>

What do you see on the left? Right-click on it?

From my TIF viewer (Alt-T,O,Alt-S,V) file properties:

http://www.endoscopy.com/indexani1.swf

Search for that filename in View Source?
