Activation

I recently went to activate an additional XP license but
had trouble on line. So I called the number on the
activation window. They charge my VISA for two instead
of one. Their number on my VISA is not in order. I
don't seem to be able to access the nubmer listed on the
activation website because I don't have access to that
page since I already activated. Is there a way to view
the phone numbers that comes up when you activate by
phone? Microsoft customer service was not able to help
me.

Well the first thing you need to do is contact VISA and dispute the
second charge. Next you need to contact Microsoft Customer Service
and explain. They will have a record of the transaction and should
refund the second charge. Now, if they gave you two Keys (product
keys) then you in fact received two licenses. You will have to
destroy one of them.

Greetings --

Just contact the financial institution that issued the VISA and
contest the charge.
