Hi,
I recently experienced the following events...
1) Blue screen in XP due to hardware failure.
2) Disk check on re-boot.
3) Attempted to logon and refused as the activation details were
inaccessible.
As this took place late at night over the weekend there was no means of
activating XP and I lost quite a lot of time.
The online activation did not work and it was out of hours for the telephone
helpline.
Is there any means of activating XP outside normal office hours?
