We have no idea what program you are talking about unless it is
Microsoft Access the professional database program, which would appear
unlikely from your question.
You comment that you can no longer activate your program. Maybe there
was some sort of limited time for it? Is it a trial program you were using?
They often are designed to only work so long then you have to buy them.

program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not be related
to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that clear and may
have misdirected you here.
It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
