Activation after harware change

Have Office XP and all was working fine. My Son changed
out my motherboard, and now Office doesn't work. Gone into
reduced fuction mode. Excel will not close, except with
the Cnt+alt+del method. Running Win XP. I think I need to
re-activate, but when I hit the activate option under
help, nothing happens. Anyone know what I need to do. The
original disk is in secure storage, and I need to get
moving on a project. Should I put the old board back in?
Does anyone have the phone number for Microsoft
activation? I have looked and looked.
