activating XP

I bought a new Dell computer; I ordered WIndows XP
Professional; I did not activate it right away; now 30
days has gone by; I do not have a Activate Windows icon.
How do I activate now?

Did you ever have such an icon? Many OEM installations were either
activated at the factory or are BIOS locked and as such tied to the original
hardware making activation unnecessary.
