Activating Windows Mail

I am having problems activitating Windows Mail on my new laptop. It asks
for my username and password and I think the username is
(e-mail address removed) but I don't remember the password, can you help me?

No one here knows your password. You need to contact Comcast for help.

There is no "activating" Windows Mail, nor any username/password to open it.
The only username/passwords required are those needed to access your email
accounts.
If you don't remember them, then you'll have to contact the email account
provider.
