activating cookies

I cannot access my email because the website keeps asking me to activate my
cookies. Can anyone tell me how to do this please, please, please.

Hi ... If you are using Internet Explorer 6 , ? Then try this , Open
internet explorer and then click Tools , then Internet Options , Now on the
top of the window , click the Security tab , Now highlight one at a time the
four web content zone and then click for each the default level , follow by
apply >>> Then click the Privacy tab and click the default there as well ,
follow by apply >>> Now close your internet explorer and then try to see if
you can get your emails now
