activatin agents

I ran the spyware scan and noticed under the real-time
protection that my security agents are all in-activated. I
click on them to activate but it won't let me. What's
going on?

Should I just remove it and then re-install the whole thing
again?

Try this and see if your agents wake up.

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
