I am currently running XP pro right now. My C: drive is
getting filled with junks/temp files. Originally, it
still has 1.5Gb free; now it only has 500mb. I would like
to format the drive and install windows for the second
time. I know I can't activate XP for the seocnd time. If
I call Microsoft, will they let me activate again with my
reason?

If not, what temp files can I delete in my windows beside
cookies, history, temp internet files? Can I delete those
hidden folder with names like $NtUninstall..? Are they
just temporary installation files for update?

Thanks

Yes you can install Windows XP again to the same machine without any
problems.
