Activate Windows

When i start up my PC i get to the desktop and at the bottom right side by
the time are two keys. A box comes up saying 29 days left to activate
windows. I click the little box and a window comes up saying "Windows is
already activated. Click OK to exit.". I click OK and the keys go away but
when i restart my PC it will come up again and say the same thing. It is also
counting down from 30 days. How do i get this to stop? I have reinstalled XP
3 times and reformatd 3 times.
 
Try this..
Boot to Safe Mode:
Start/Run
Type "regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll" ENTER
Type "regsvr32.exe licdll.dll" ENTER
Reboot.
