You can't use the pen in the Presenter's View as far as I know. Maybe
someone will develop an add-in to do that. However, if you change your dual
monitor settings and de-select "Extend the desktop to this monitor", your
slide show view will be on the tablet and the projector, and everything you
write on the tablet will appear on the screen for your audience to see.
Hope that helps.

You cannot use the pen in Presenter's View but you can use it on the slides.
With dual monitors, you can project a slide show while keeping your PC on
the slide design screen. On your slide design screen, use the Scribble
AutoShape to draw with your pen. Set the Fill color to transparent and also
put a chekc against "Default for new objects".
