activate outlook2000 need help

Outlook 2000 does not require activation. Try composing a
detailed description of your problem and post it to the Outlook
newsgroup:

Office 2000 Pro SP1 does require activation, at least my
copy did.... :-)

When the activation screen comes up, choose internet or
phone and follow the on screen instructions. take 30
seconds by net, 5 minutes by phone.
 
Correct. That little "feature" caught many users unaware, particularly those
that copied from friends.
