Just reactivate by the internet and see what happens. You should be fine.

Recently after restoring my default settings in Internet
Explorer I was unable to change my home page. After
trying a few things Microsoft suggested on their site,
including some registry values, the problem was fixed.
Now however after restarting my computer I was told I
have 3 days to reactivate Windows because "hardware has
signifigantly changed" on my computer. It hasn't. I
haven't really changed much as far as original hardware.
Where did this come from?
