Action Cancelled (repost)

I keep getting this message on certain portions of websites-- Action canceled accompanied with an icon that includes an "i" inside. Can anyone tell me what's happening and how to correct it. I do use the Google tool bar which has a toggle to block popups, but I still get the message whether it is on or off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I've also made sure that "show pictures" is checked in multimedia properties of IE. Thanks, JayR
