"Action Canceled" message for some parts of a web page

When a web page is loaded only some parts are not
displayed correctly and appears "action canceled" message.
How can this be fixed.
If any other specific info is needed, please let me know.

You didn't provide your operating system. I'm using XP, and this seems
to come with bringing in a different Hosts file designed to ward off
spyware.
