Act contacts into outlook

is there a program that will move act contacts into outlook? Also how
custome can you make out look contacts. Can you create mailing list from
outlook?

2) You can create simple mailing lists with Outlook; you can also do mail
merges with Word if both programs are from the same Office version. If you
tell us more about what you want to do we can get more specific.
