rebooted numerous times
deleted everything in TEMP
started Reader and waited 5 minutes
My Documents and Settings is empty (yes, set options to see hidden files)
....wait...tried loading version 5 and that works..from

There *may* be a conflict with another app that is running in the
background/ on startup
Try disabling/stopping any other apps
