Acrobat Reader with I.E

I wrote a web application which is run by internet
explorer and I call Acrobat Reader to run a report within
my application. This application runs over 50 different
users with different I.E. versions (5.5 or 6.0). But some
of my users usually tell me that the Acrobat reader shows
blank page instead of entire report. this is happening for
2 or 3 users out of 50. So it's not the problem of
application. This has something to do with their I.E.
Plz someone help. I Appreciate.
