Acess tool bars inactive

Once I open Microsoft Access in my Computer, all the tool bar icons turn to
become in active requires activation but I do not have the copy of the
installation CD.
who con advice.

Activation is done online with Microsoft (help>activate product). The
installation cod is not needed.
