Acdsee / XP function loss on 1 computer

I run acdsee 2.4 on 2 XP computers, but one of them seems to have functions
missing. Keyboard keys like delete don't work, and F2 batch renaming etc.
I am assuming this is something to do with XP settings.

Any ideas? Many thanks.

Even more likely IMHO is that the version of acdsee you are using is
obsolete. I'm not even sure that it is supposed to work under XP. The
current version is 6.0 and has been for some time.
