ACDSee(hp) .exe error with photos

Help! I upgraded to Windows XP in January and about 2
months ago started to have a problem opening photos by
double clicking on them. I have to save them to My
Photos first to open them. I get an error: ACDSee
(hp).exe error and I have the error report sent to
Microsoft but this still occurs. What can I do to fix
this problem?? Thanks,

Is sounds like you have an HP computer with a custom version of ACDSee on
it. You need to contact HP (If you have an HP computer) or ACDSee Systems
for support.

I have a dell computer, I will try contacting ACDSee
Systems. Thanks I will let you know what happens.
