Being accused of crashing server of small business. owner is husband. Fired and server crashed.Have been going through divorce. What can I do or look for to prove innocent?

I would check event viewer. It's a microsoft program in the Administrtors
Tools folder that keeps tabs on the operating system and even some hardware
and holds this information in logs. I would check the system and application
logs, you might see problems developing days before the crash.

Do you really need a proof of innocent ;-) ?
Reboot, hit F8 when offered, choose LastKnownGoodConfiguration or Safe
mode/Safe mode w/Network.

Being fired you don't have access to the server. Burden of proof should be on the company to show you did it, not you to
prove you didn't.

Actually, you can't prove a negative (i.e., you can't prove you didn't
do it). What you CAN prove is a positive (i.e., that someone elsed did it).
