Accounts locked out

Every so often all of my user accounts get locked out on
my DC. There is no rhyme or reason to it, but I have to go
into AD UC and unlock all of their accounts. Is this some
kind of attack, or is there a problem in AD that needs to
be corrected. The Knowledgebase was, as usual, useless in
this matter. Please email me if you have a suggestion.

It may come from one or many terminal service session(s)
still active with your previous password.
