Accounts in Business Contact Manager cause Outlook to close

Hello;

I’m looking for some help regarding Business Contact Manager Accounts.

Whenever I open an Account in BCM it forces Outlook to close and reopen but
I can’t access the account.

Has anyone else experienced this concern and if so is there a resolution?

Hi

Do Business Contact and Opportunties open file ?What is the version of BCM
?Try doing a detect and repair of Office from add and remove program by
highlighting the same and clicking change.You could also clear the cache by
going to tools > options > other > custom forms > high light each form and
clear cache.Also check if you have .net Frame work 2.0 BETA in add /remove
and if you do remove it

suggestions but I believe the concern may be .Net 2.0.
