Account unknown in user accounts?

Why is there an unknown account in my user accounts?
[Control panel> system> advanced tab> user profiles>
settings]
The size is 32.4 mb, type and status are local.
How can I view what this acoount contains so I can delete
it without repercussion?

You can view the contents of the user's files and folders. Also see www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts/xp_accountsid.vbs This small VB Script will create a Notepad file listing all accounts on your machine, and might give you more information to work with.
