Is there a way to direct incoming mail from two different accounts into one
inbox in outlook 2002? any help/ideas?
 
Yes, in ADUC go to the Exchange General tab, click Delivery Options and use
the Forwarding Address feature.

ADUC is Active Directory Users and Computers. This tool is used to manage
users/group/computers in Active Directory and Exchange 200. If you are using
Exchange 5.5?
 
Active Directory Users and Computers. It is installed with Windows 2000
Admin Pack.
