Account Operators group cannot create mailboxes?

Hello,

How can I ensure that users in my Win2k3 group "Account Operators" can
successfully create Exchange 2k3 mailboxes during the create new user
wizard??? Right now, they can create new accounts, but cannot seem to
create the associated exchange mailbox?

They need Exchange Admin rights or at the very least Exchange Add Mailbox
rights which is a bunch of rights put together in AD. You will find this
info in the Exchange Delegation guides.
