Account Lockout

"The current time on the computer and the current time on
the network are different for mote information about
date/time properties. See help and support".

This problem is locking users out from their accounts and
the way around it is logging in as administrator
resetting the time and then logging out again.

Any suggestions on how to aviod this??

You should run Net Time on your clients to synch the time. Specify the time
servers ( your DCs ) on the DCs, set the time servers to Public servers on
the internet.
