login but from win2000 professional machine when i am
trying to login in morning it shows account lockout error
message. when i unlock the account it works smoothly. In
the day whenever i restart the machine it shows same
message and i have to unlock the account. pls help me out.

zYou have a task, probably a scheduled task, that is
accessing certain resources while using the wrong
password. Fixing the the task will fix your problem.
Furthermore, consider using a special "Task" account
to run your scheduled tasks.

Do you have a service or scheduled task that runs on this
machine and is using your credentials? If so, and it has
an old/bad password for your ID, it could be casuing the
account lock out.

If you have 450 clients and one server it's probably a disgruntled user poping your account to drive you crazy. Get about 2 more servers

This is a reasonable assumption. However, an easy way out of this situation
would be to create an account for the Task Schedule service that cannot be
guessed.
