Account changing based on Send to?

I have multiple (12) email accounts set up in Outlook 2003.

I create a message, and send it from the default account, and it chooses the
last account in the group to send the message from.

Even if I tell it to send from another account, it still changes the send
from.

How do I correct this behavior?

Hi,

I have a very similar problem ("Why is my default email address not being
used for sent mail?" below). Are you sure it is always the bottom email
account? My outlook is using one account for all email sends, but it is a
constant choice and not the bottom one (and not the default either). My
problem is somewhat intermittent too...

This is driving me nuts!!!
