Account auto lock out

Hi, my domain user account is keeping on been auto locked
out every day, it can be happen any time, and it seems
there is a duration between each time the account been
lock out (maybe around 4-5 hours), and of course they are
already successfully log into the domain, just happen
when they are trying to access the network share, they
get some error message like "Access is denied" or "Your
reference account has been lock out" etc. Any idea of how
to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

It's not a scheduled task, of course. The user account
just been auto lock out without any reason...

I didn't mean that there is a scheduled task that is set to lock the
person's account. I meant that there is a schedule task that is set to run
under the user's credentials, and when the user changed his password, he
didn't update the cached password for the task.

Of course there's a reason.

Thanks Ray... that solved my problem that I posted else where

I don't think JC understands that there are services running that need the
password and if the password gets changed.. that when the services ask for
authorisation after a couple attempts with the old password the account
locks out
