you are missing acclink.xla or it was loaded in the wrong
directory.
solution:
1.do a search for acclink.xla in your machine to see if it
is in the wrong place
2.so a search on the cd to see if this is there. if so,
load it in the directiory you lised below. if not, see
microsoft or company you got the cd from. you may have a
bad cd.

After loading MS Office XP on an NEC VERSA E2000 notebook, I have an error
message issued every time I open excel (with or without a workbook to open).
