accidently uninstalled NOTES gadget

I accident uninstalled the NOTES gadget. It is not in the recycle bin. When
I check GET MORE GADGETS - I can find InkNotes which is not the same. I want
to reinstall the original NOTES gadget but don't know where I will find it.

Right-click in an empty area of the sidebar. Click ADD GADGETS. If you
do not see Notes there, right-click in the sidebar and choose
PROPERTIES. Click the RESTORE button at the bottom.

dialog, click "Restore Gadgets installed with Windows"

All my gadgets disappeared. I still have a blank sidebar. When I right click the sidebar the "Restore gadgets installed with Windows" Option is grayed out. I have been unable to reinstall the any gadgets.

Any ideas?

Try these steps.

1) Right click on the Sidebar > Add Gadgets
2) Select each of the Gadgets listed there and select uninstall.
After you uninstall all the Gadgets "Restore gadgets installed with Windows"
would get enabled under SideBar properties.
3) Right click on Side bar properties
4) Click on "Restore gadgets installed with Windows"
