accidently installed two outlook calendars, how to remove one

You'll need to tell us your Outlook version and exactly what you did to "install."
 
Outlook version is: Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6735) SP3
I downloaded a new outlook holiday calendar version from Office update
website and installed by double clicking the OutlHol.exe.
 
Ah, so what you did was create new appointments in your Calendar folder. If you switch to the By Category view, you'll be able to see the holidays and remove items you don't want.
