Accidently deleted Volume Control

I accidently deleted volume control on my computer. It
says that I am missing and need to install Sndvol32.exe.
Where do I obtain that exe? On a recovery cd? I need your
help! Thank you.

I don't know how to re-install it, but if you go to www.protonic.com , they offer free tech support, and so far they have been able to help me with all of my problems. Unfortunately, their site does not work well with Firefox for some reason, so you must resort to using Internet Explorer.
