Accidently deleted Admin ID

For Windows XP Professional, if the administrator ID gets deleted in the Computer Management console, is there any way to recover it and the data which was stored in the profile

No, because the built-in Administrator account _cannot_ be
deleted. What, precisely, is the problem you're experiencing?
