Accidentally deleted email

How can I retrieve old email I accidentally deleted today? There is no
"deleted today" field in the Deleted Items folder. Some of the items I
accidentally deleted were from weeks or months ago.

Depending on your configuration you could try sorting on the Modified Date.
Otherwise you'll have to scroll through your Deleted Items to find the
message. Good practise is not to keep an "archive" there.
